    Lisa Cutforth - Clinical Nutritionist

I work from your biology. Not from a template.

My journey into integrative health began when I realised that the conventional medical model was failing people with complex, chronic conditions. We are taught to look at symptoms in isolation, rather than understanding the intricate web of systems that create health or disease.

I have spent my career studying the intersections of nutrition, psychology, neuroscience, and genetics. This isn't just about what you eat; it's about how your unique genetic makeup dictates your biochemical needs, how your neurochemistry influences your behaviour, and how your environment shapes your epigenetic expression.

When a client sits in front of me, I don't see a list of symptoms. I see a biological puzzle waiting to be solved. My role is to gather the data, connect the dots, and build a precise, targeted intervention that restores optimal function.

When conventional medicine runs out of answers.

Many of my clients come to me after exhausting standard medical avenues. They have been prescribed medications that only mask symptoms, or they have been told that their test results are "normal" despite feeling fundamentally unwell.

As a trained Walsh Protocol practitioner, I utilise advanced biochemical testing to identify specific nutrient imbalances that profoundly affect brain chemistry and mental health. We look at factors like methylation status, pyrrole disorder, and copper/zinc ratios.

By correcting these underlying biochemical imbalances with targeted, high-dose nutrient therapies, we can often improve complex psychiatric and cognitive symptoms without relying solely on pharmaceuticals.

The body and the mind are not separate departments.

You cannot treat the physical body without addressing the psychological state, and you cannot treat the mind without ensuring the brain has the correct biochemical building blocks.

My background in psychology allows me to understand the behavioural patterns, stress responses, and cognitive frameworks that are driving your physiological state. We don't just look at what you are eating; we look at how your nervous system is responding to your environment.

True healing requires a dual approach: providing the exact nutrients your biology needs to function, while simultaneously rewiring the stress responses that deplete those nutrients in the first place.

I work with individuals who require the utmost discretion. All consultations, testing, and treatment plans are handled with strict confidentiality to protect your privacy and professional standing.
